A White Tail With No Tail
In an earlier post I had a video of a jake turkey with no tail feathers.
Now my trail cam has captured a video of a white tail doe with no tail.
Compare the healthy tail on the fawn to the little stub on the doe.

How does it happen? Are these close calls with predators? There are so many mysteries in the natural world. Wild creatures experience so much that we never could imagine.
A trail camera helps to discover some of these mysteries but solving them is a different matter.
